In addition to the production of thermally conductive and electrically insulating materials in the form of rolls or sheetware, Kerafol also offers a comprehensive service in the field of separation and punching technology.
This begins with a comprehensive drawing check as part of a manufacturability test.
Customer requirements, e.g. with regard to dimensional accuracy and tolerance specifications, are checked and implemented accordingly upon confirmation.

In addition, an appropriate punching or cutting system is selected for each material in the corresponding layer thickness, depending on the desired quantity.
In the case of prototypes or smaller quantities, the punched parts are usually produced using a so-called plotter, i.e. a software-controlled cutting tool, so there are no extra tool costs.
In most cases, the first samples can be delivered within a few days.

Requirements
For proper order processing, the applicable drawing (according to the current revision status) must always be available with an order.
If possible, the file format should be DXF and PDF, and the dimensions must be in accordance with the SI system of units.
