Keraprotec

Keraprotec is a special partially stabilized zirconia substrate that is suitable for thinfilm applications, for example. This substrate material combines good electrical insulation properties (at room temperature) with high bending strength and high fracture toughness. Due to the very fine grain size and evenness of Keraprotec, very precise platinum structures are possible using screen printing or lithography in combination with PVD and sputtering.
