3YSZ sensor
3mol % yttrium-stabilized zirconia
3YSZ is a special partially stabilized zirconia for thinfilm applications. Among others, it can also be used as an ion conductive ceramic membrane for solid oxide fuel cells (SOFC + SOEC). The material is characterized by its excellent flexibility, extremely high bending strength and high fracture toughness. Another advantage is that the 3YSZ can be manufactured in small thicknesses. The standard thickness of the substrate is 0.15 mm, the minimum thickness is only 40 µm. Various dimensions are possible, please send us your request.
We cut the material according to your wishes using lasers. Please send us your CAD data.
