Filter Ceramic Discs

KERAFOL® manufactures ceramic filter discs with different diameters and pore sizes for microfiltration and ultrafiltration. They are used for Rotation Filtration and Dynamic Cross Flow Filtration (DCFF) (solid-liquid separation).
374mm, 312mm, 152mm
The disks are made of porous Al2O3 ceramic (pore size 2 µm) and are coated to achieve finer filter finenesses of up to 5 nm (asymmetrical layer structure).
Filtration takes place from the outside to the inside.
The filtrate collects in channels inside the disk and is guided to openings on the inner diameter.
Ceramic filters offer maximum process reliability
- Stability against chemical and thermal stresses
- Regeneration by backwashing or hot steam sterilization
- High filtration performance and very long service life
We provide you with the necessary parameters for installing the panes in your systems (sealing, fixing, process parameters).
