The integrated management system of KERAFOL^® has been certified according to the standards of DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN ISO 14001 for many years. In the course of continuous improvement, this system was expanded and certified in 2018 to include the IATF 16949 guidelines (business unit-related) and in 2020 to include the ISO 50001:2018 standard. With our integrated management system, we aim to develop and produce our products in a cost-effectivly, high-quality, environmentally friendly and energy-conscious manner in order to stay one step ahead of global market requirements in terms of quality, efficiency and the environment. The wishes of our customers are always at the center of our actions (the customer at the center). By applying a continuous improvement process, internal processes and objectives are continuously improved, thereby increasing competitiveness and customer satisfaction. The motivation of our employees is promoted through regular training, further education and the transfer of responsibility. The requirements for the integrated management system were summarized in a management manual.
